Beginnings
Daryl and Margie Dunn both grew up in Warren County, Ohio, Daryl in Lebanon, Margie in the Morrow area. They have a combined history of over 50 years working in the real estate field, having opened their first real estate agency in 2005. This year they opened their second agency, "Greentree Realty" in Lebanon, Ohio, which has been home to them all of their adult lives.

With that as the basis for our business model, Greentree seeks out agents, personnel, and contractors who will maintain a philosophy and desire to provide the best possible outcomes for everyone involved in each real estate transaction.

Providing assistance to our buyers in evaluating the best mortgage program is as essential as is pricing the property. We are prepared to explain the various loan programs that fit your ability and needs. This includes VA, FHA, USDA Guaranteed, and USDA Direct (subsidized government loan), "no down-payment" and "down-payment-assistance programs."
